Introduction

Network Information Processing Center(NIPC), based on "Information and Communication Engineering", "Electronic Science and Technology" and other disciplines for larger, faster, more timely response, more flexible access and more secure service, which are the requirements of the new network architecture, studies network / service / access complex diverse demand of autonomous network technology; based on Software Define Network (SDN) technical ideas research service routing, pervasive interconnection, resource virtualization, etc. Meanwhile, NIPC studies the complex behavior of cognitive wireless information networks, on this basis, the research of new wireless access network architecture and resource management technology has been carried out.
